These terms govern your use of products made by Jafu ApS ("we", "us"), including Demoo and InvisibleHR.
You may use our products for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and upload through our services. Don't use our products to process content you don't have the rights to.
Some features require an account. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Demoo is a macOS application. You retain ownership of all recordings and videos you create. We process your screen recordings through AI to generate video editing plans. Recordings are deleted from our servers after processing.
The AI-generated output (chapter titles, text overlays, zoom annotations) is yours to use however you like.
InvisibleHR is a Slack application for managing PTO and attendance. Your workspace administrator controls access and settings. We store PTO records as long as your workspace is connected. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are listed in the app or on our website. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We aim to keep our services running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take services offline for maintenance. We'll give notice when possible.
Our products, designs, and code are owned by Jafu ApS. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software. Content you create using our products belongs to you.
Our products are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
