Jafu ApS ("we", "us") operates Demoo and InvisibleHR. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect

Demoo (macOS app):

• Screen recordings you create are processed locally on your device and sent to our servers only during AI generation. We do not store your recordings after processing is complete.
• Account information (email address) for authentication.
• Basic usage analytics (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the app. No screen content is included.

InvisibleHR (Slack app):

• Slack workspace information and user profiles necessary to manage PTO requests.
• PTO and attendance records you create through the bot.
• We access only the Slack permissions required for the bot to function.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain our products.
• To process AI generation requests (Demoo).
• To manage PTO tracking (InvisibleHR).
• To send transactional emails related to your account.
• To fix bugs and improve our products.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our products:

• Anthropic (AI processing for Demoo)
• Slack API (InvisibleHR integration)
• Cloudflare (hosting, CDN)

Your rights (GDPR)

As a Danish company, we comply with GDPR. You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Screen recordings sent to our AI service are deleted immediately after processing. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
